The '99 Azzurri were able to win the u14 Girls Silver Division at the Tennessee Cup. The girls got off to a tough start in the first match of the tournament, going down 2-0 early on. Yet, they were able to showing some fighting spirit and came back to win 4-3 over Inter Atlanta, which they would use to fuel them through the rest of the tournament. A 2-1 victory over Tennessee Soccer Club Select Saturday night, followed by a 6-0 defeat of Tennessee Soccer Club Nike on Sunday clinched the title for the girls. Monday saw them wrap the tournament in style, defeating Lou Fusz from Saint Louis, 2-0. Way to go Azzurri!!
